- Depends on the matter. Ask for a quote.
- Included
- Commercial contracts and business agreements
- Shareholder agreements
- Partnership agreements
How it works
- You tell us what the agreement needs to achieve and send any draft you already have.
- We ask the questions that change the terms: payment, liability, exit, disputes.
- We draft or mark up the document and explain each important clause.
- Then we revise it with you, and with the other side if you want us to. We prepare the final version for signing.
Good to know
- A well-drafted agreement makes a dispute less likely, but it can't rule one out. If a dispute does arise, we already know the agreement and can take the matter on.
- We handle letters of demand and debt recovery through our dispute resolution service.
What to bring
- Names and details of each party
- What is being agreed, in your own words
- Any existing draft, email or term sheet
- Your deadline
Questions
Can you review a contract someone else drafted?
Yes. We mark the risks, suggest changes and explain them in plain language before you sign.
Do we need a shareholder agreement?
If a company has more than one shareholder, a shareholder agreement sets out decisions, funding, share transfers and exits before anyone disagrees. Disputes often start with something that was never written down.
