How it works
- Tell us about the business: what it does, who owns it and who will run it.
- We check the name and reserve it.
- We prepare the incorporation documents and Articles of Association for signing.
- Once they are signed, we file the application with the Registrar of Companies and follow it up. After incorporation, we help with share certificates, statutory registers, tax registration and the documents your bank will ask for.
Good to know
- The Registrar of Companies decides on registration. We prepare and file carefully, but we can't promise a date or an approval.
- A private limited company needs at least one director, at least one shareholder and a company secretary.
- Shareholders or directors who are not Sri Lankan citizens may need extra documents, and some business activities need approvals. We explain what applies at the first meeting.
