Questions
Should I register a sole proprietorship or a private limited company?
It depends on risk, tax, funding plans and who owns the business. Being a shareholder does not by itself make you liable for a company's debts, but a company has more filings. We'll compare both for your case.
Can you help a foreign company enter the Sri Lankan market?
Yes. We advise on the structure, register the entity and handle the legal and tax set-up. We also prepare the visa documents for the people who will work here. Some sectors need approvals, and we explain which apply.
Do you write business plans for bank loans?
We prepare business plans and financial projections from your information. The bank makes its own decision.
